What is the HirePower Wizard
The Wizard is a user friendly online tool that anyone can use to develop a fully customized interview guide—for any job interview. You'll never again have to guess what questions to ask. Just tell the Wizard about the job and then the Wizard produces a complete interview guide for you.

How does the HirePower Wizard work?

FIRST the Wizard helps you produce a job description
The Wizard makes developing job descriptions so easy. It asks you simple, straightforward questions about the job. Usually in 15 minutes or less your job description is completed. And the wizard only needs the information once. Everthing is stored in a central database. If the job changes, all you need to do is update the information to match the new job requirements.

THEN the Wizard uses the job description to produce an interview guide
It combines the answers you provided about the job and its built-in artificial intelligence to automatically create a complete and fully customized interview guide. The guide lays out everything you need to discuss in the interview, from start to finish, including:

Can the Wizard create an interview guide for a job that doesn’t exist yet?
With ease! In fact the wizard treats every job as if it’s unique. Let’s face it, usually the job you want to fill never exactly matches any existing job description. TheWizard doesn’t use generic job descriptions or questions. Instead it collects all the important information about the job from you. As long as you can tell the Wizard what you expect the job to entail, the Wizard can craft a totally customized interview guide.

Can the Wizard use my organization’s competencies and behaviours?
It sure can. We’ve designed HirePower with that in mind. You certainly don’t need your own competencies. But if you have them and want to use them, we can easily incorporate them into the Wizard.

Can the Wizard be adapted to fit my existing interviewing methods?
No problem. We can easily change any terminology the Wizard uses to match yours. We can just as easily customize the interview guide to make it look and feel exactly the same as yours.
